Book retail has operational needs that a basic online catalog does not cover. The platform combines an online bookstore with a custom ERP for stock, billing, people, and customer operations, including business rules specific to books and institutional retail.
My contribution.
- Build e-commerce capabilities for books, stationery, academic products, and related retail categories.
- Develop attendance, payroll, overtime calculation, and operational reporting modules.
- Implement inventory management, invoice generation, POS billing, customer/student records, and categorization.
- Model bookstore-specific stock, billing, and rental business rules.
- Connect email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication workflows for customer engagement and operations.
